Q:bluetooth not connected stable
A:If your phone can not bind the bracelet well. Please unbind it in the app first. Then search bracelet name "bracei5 XXXX" in your bluetooth.Keep the app running to stable their connection.And bind it
Q: when connected with APP, the data SYNC is finished but the bracelet time display is still incorrect.
A:Reset the bracelet and try data SYNC again.
Q: After the bracelet connected with APP, why the bracelet didn't show call ID when the call coming ?
A:Android phone: After connected with the bracelet with APP, please allow "Zeroner" to visit calls,SMS, contacts and keep "Zeroner" running in background.If there are security software on your phone, set the software "Zeroner" trust IOS phone: If your phone is iphone, please restart your phone and connect the bracelet again, when connect please wait until the phone pop up "bluetooth pairing request" and click " pair",the call ID display function comes.
Q:The bracelet icon shows the bluetooth was connected, but the APP can't SYNC data ?
A: Generally it's caused by the bluetooth of the phone,please switch off the APP firstly, restart the bluetooth and repair. If the above step doesn't work, please restart your phone and try again. Note:Sometimes, the server and system of the app are been updating, so the problem like can't register an account may occur sometimes, please try it after a day or two.If there is any operational problem that hassles you, please e-mail 007Plus through Amazon Message Center.
The first time charging,please plug it into a wall charger to charge it for over 2 hours , and when it was not charged for some days, please plug it into wall charger too,because when the battery gets empty,PC(low drive) may be can not make it turn on. Read question for reference

Full Refund: We are happy to offer you full refund of your purchased product provided
(a) we received the product within 15 days of receipt of purchase,
(b) items must be in new, unused and resellable condition

Partial or no Refund: Any items received between 15 - 22 days after the receipt of purchase will be issued a full/partial refund. A 10% fees is added if the return has been initiated after 15 days of receipt of the package and will be deducted from the final refund. Items received later than 22 days will not be eligible for return or refund. In case of an incorrect delivery and/or unintentional purchase buyer does not have the right to claim for either a return or refund.
Shipping cost on returns: All returns are Free and we send a prepaid return shipping label. We will send a return label via email, however, the final refund will be only issued once the package has been approved after inspection at our warehouse.
